The power of juicing has taken the world by storm in recent months. The benefits are touted by the likes of Jennifer Aniston, Katie Price, Sarah Jessica Parker, JLS and Gwyneth Paltrow to name but a few. But it’s not just celebrities that are raving about it; swathes of ordinary people are now paying more attention to it.

The big problem for people is that there is so much information available on Juicing Detox that you just don’t know where to look for the best advice and methods. There is a lot more to it than just popping a few vegetables in the blender! There’s a vast preponderance of information that can be frankly quite dangerous to the uninitiated Juicer.

It’s frustrating. And sometimes it feels like no matter how much you spend on the latest “detox” plan, book or course you’re just never going to get exactly what you need.

I’m sure that like me you’ve spent good money and invested time on looking after your health, but let me just reassure you that you’re not the only one. Most juicing detox and diet programs out there essentially steer you into imbalance, many are downright dangerous, creating poor nutritional eating habits, and creating a ‘confusing-juicing’ dichotomy that is destined to end in failure.

What’s more, even if you’re a complete newbie to Juicing you must separate the facts from the fiction!
